Engineers have identified a potential fix for an issue preventing some customers from accessing their OpenAir accounts. We are currently working to implement the fix. An update will be provided in an hour or less.

The issue preventing some customers from accessing their OpenAir accounts has been resolved for all impacted customers. A root cause analysis will be published through the normal process. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact Customer Support through your standard method.

Customers still impacted by this issue are working directly with Support to track the resolution.
